Website: Connected Hospitality

Marriott Village Orlando, comprising three distinct Marriott brand hotels operating under one property with shared amenities, faced a fragmented online presence with three separate websites. This created a cumbersome experience for group bookings, who often required accommodations across multiple hotels but had to navigate different websites for information and reservations.

Solution: I spearheaded the development and launch of a unified website for all three Marriott hotels within the Village.

This initiative involved:

  • Design and Implementation: Leading the design process and overseeing the technical implementation of the new website.
  • Content Management: Developing and curating engaging content that accurately reflects the unique offerings of each hotel and the shared amenities of the Village.
  • Photography and Content Creation: Orchestrating a property photoshoot to capture high-quality visuals for the website and marketing materials, enhancing the overall brand image and online presence.

Results: The unified website significantly improved the guest experience by providing a seamless booking process for individual and group reservations. Additionally, it ensured consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms, strengthening Marriott Village Orlando’s online identity.
